The appalling pictures and descriptions of conditions inside immigration detention facilities shock the conscience and the nation. People crowded into small spaces, forced to sleep on concrete floors without proper food or medical care.

On Saturday, July 13^th in downtown Chicago, the ACLU is co-sponsoring a rally to End Criminalization, Detention and Deportation. The event is set to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Daley Plaza, located on Washington, between Clark and Dearborn.
