Illinois Representatives and Senators also need to hear your voice in support of progressive steps in House Bill 3653 that balances increased police accountability while protecting public safety. The legislators who voted for this bill need to hear a message of thanks. Together, we can continue to reform these systems that disproportionately harm Black and Brown communities across Illinois.

- Your legislators need to hear from you! Post on their Social Media! Call! Email! Thank your legislator for voting in support of police accountability and criminal justice reform, or urge them to support future efforts to make policing more accountable and limit mass incarceration.
