As part of our work in the defense of civil liberties, the ACLU of Illinois issues reports that study and note developments in civil liberties. Below is a listing of some of our publications organized by issue.
This zine was created and designed by students, with support from the ACLU of Illinois, to provide information and tools to support sexual health and personal safety and to provide guidance on how to advocate for inclusive, comprehensive sex education in Illinois schools.

Update: As of June 2022, the Parental Notice of Abortion Act (PNA) has been repealed. Minors are no longer required to notify an adult family member in order to access an abortion in Illinois.

We created the ACLU Activity Book for youth to learn about the ACLU, the many heroes who have supported the ACLU’s mission, and some of the landmark court cases that have shaped the history of civil liberties.
