WATCH A RECORDING OF THE EVENT

Please join the ACLU of Illinois, ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter, Mayer Brown, and Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) on Wednesday, August 2 at 12:00 PM, for our annual Supreme Court event. The event will be held in person at Mayer Brown and streamed virtually. Please note that a light lunch will be provided for in person attendees.

We will review the 2022 U.S. Supreme Court Term and discuss several cases, including cases on affirmative action, LGBTQ+ rights, democracy, redistricting, the Indian Child Welfare Act, health care and our social safety net, and more. Panelists will answer audience questions.

The ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter is graciously coordinating CLE credit for this event. 1.5 hours of CLE credit are pending for Illinois attorneys, please stay tuned for additional directions on receiving CLE credit.

Venue Accessibility Information:

  • The Walden Chicago is accessible from the sidewalk level via a ramped entryway and there is an elevator that guests can use to access all floors of the building.
  • Gender neutral restrooms with private pumping rooms are available.
  • There will be chairs available.
  • There will be limited onsite parking at the venue.
