NBC Chicago aired a piece about the possible use of surveillance drones in Cook County. They spoke with ACLU of Illinois Communications and Policy Director Ed Yohnka about regulations around the use of drones as they relate to the privacy of people under surveillance. In late August, Governor Quinn signed the drone bill, which will place appropriate and reasonable guidelines on how drones are use to ensure privacy for residents of our state. Watch the clip below:
