SB 2368 – Public Act 94-0997
Sponsored by Senator Raoul and Representative Davis, Senate Bill 2368 amended the 2003 Traffic Stop Data Collection Law to expand traffic stop data collection to include: the date and time of a stop beginning when the vehicle was stopped and ending when the driver is free to leave or taken into custody; whether a consent search was conducted; and whether contraband was located.
