Chef and Next Generation Society Board Member Jason Vincent of Giant Restaurant is back to lead another all-star chef lineup for a special Celebrity Chef Benefit Dinner on Monday, February 20 at 5:00 PM.
This 70 person intimate experience will take place at a new venue – Chef’s Special Cocktail Bar (2165 N. Western Ave, Chicago) – and will start with cocktails, appetizers and mingling, followed by a multi-course meal presented by local celebrity chefs.
Chef Vincent will join his partners at Chef’s Special, Chef Aaron Kabot and Head Bartender Chase Bracamontes, as hosts of the event. They will be joined in the kitchen by Chefs Diana Dávila (Mi Tocaya Antojería), Zachary Engel (Galit), Genie Kwon and Timothy Flores (Kasama), Rickie Perez (Logan Oyster Socials), Mindy Segal (Mindy’s Bakery), and Erick Williams (Virtue) who will each present a course for this intimate, family-style dinner and be on hand throughout the evening.
