Chef and Next Generation Society Board Member Jason Vincent of Giant Restaurant is back to lead another all-star chef lineup for a special Celebrity Chef Benefit Dinner on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 5:00 PM. This 70-person intimate experience will take place at Chef’s Special Cocktail Bar and will start with cocktails, appetizers and mingling, followed by a multi-course meal presented by local celebrity chefs. Join us for a dining experience that you won’t forget and raise funds for the ACLU’s work to protect rights and liberties for all!
This all-star chef event began at Chef’s Special Cocktail Bar’s sister restaurant, Giant, in 2017 with chef and owner Jason Vincent bringing together his peers to fundraise for the ACLU.
Chef Vincent will be joined by Chefs Aaron Kabot (Chef’s Special), Diana Davila (Mi Tocaya Antojería), Joe Frillman (Daisies), Mary Eder-McClure (Galit), Mike Gaia (Giant Restaurant), Rick Bayless (Restaurants by Rick Bayless), and Stephanie Izard (Stephanie Izard Restaurants).
The funds raised at this event directly support the ACLU’s work to advance justice in Illinois and nationwide.
