This evening, the Illinois House voted to approve the Illinois Youth Health and Safety Act, sending the measure to the Governor. The bill would repeal the 1995 Parental Notice of Abortion Act which has been enforced for the past eight years.
Just a few minutes ago, the Illinois Senate approved the Illinois Youth Health and Safety Act, a measure that repeals Illinois’ Parental Notice of Abortion Act, sending the measure to the House of Representatives for final approval. The following statement can be attributed to
