The Chicago Police Department will begin using body cameras on officers in the 14th district starting in two weeks, WGN-TV reports. Conversations about police body cameras began gaining traction after the events in Ferguson, MO. The ACLU of Illinois released suggested guidelines for the use of body cameras by law enforcement last fall. WGN spoke with ACLU of Illinois staff attorney Karen Sheley:
