Legal Director
The Roger Baldwin Foundation of the ACLU of Illinois (ACLU-IL) seeks a Legal Director to develop and execute creative, long-term legal strategies within the Legal Department, provide day-to-day management of the Legal Department, actively litigate cases, and fully engage in integrated advocacy throughout the organization.
Legal Internship - Spring 2025
The Legal Department of the ACLU of Illinois seeks second and third-year law students for part-time Spring 2025 legal internships. To be considered, law students must apply for funding through the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) or receive course credit from their law school for the internship.
Legal Internship - Summer 2025
The Legal Department of the ACLU of Illinois seeks law students (any year of law school) for full-time Summer 2025 legal internships. To be considered, law students must apply for funding through the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI), receive course credit or funding from their law school, or receive funding from another external funder (e.g., a bar association).
