Give Together for Immigrant Justice

The Trump Administration has mounted a reckless and violent anti-immigrant campaign that is inflicting devastating harm – including thousands of people detained, families separated, and lasting impacts on once vibrant communities.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re turning our spotlight toward some of the organizations that are doing critical work to protect and provide services to the immigrant communities in our state.

The ACLU continues to fight in the courts, in the legislature, and in communities across Illinois.  We accomplish so much of our work in collaboration with partners throughout the state. Many organizations have stepped up in this moment to provide essential, on the ground support, including legal assistance, food pantries, housing assistance, and so much more.

We are deeply inspired by the way Illinoisians have risen to this moment with compassion, solidarity, and action. Today, we invite you to learn more about and donate, if you are able, to some of the incredible organizations doing this work. We also encourage you to research other organizations and efforts in your communities as well.
