New Mother Files Complaint After Enduring Non-Consensual and Discriminatory Drug Testing, Reporting to DCFS Because of Poppy Seed Consumption
We filed a Human Rights charge with National Advocates for Pregnant Women on behalf of a mother who had DCFS called on her during birth because an Easter poppy seed cake led to a positive drug test.
