Rights Violated by ICE or Federal Forces?

Since federal forces have arrived in the Chicago area we have seen attacks on our rights and civil liberties. If you would like to report potential violations of your rights by federal forces, please fill out one of the forms below.

Arrested or Detained by ICE

Warrantless Arrests

A judge ruled that our consent decree with DHS prohibits ICE or CBP from arresting someone without a warrant unless they have probable cause to believe that the person is likely to flee. Nor may they fill out blank warrants after they have already detained someone. The order requires ICE to meet with us about violations of the decree to resolve them, and remedies can include the release of individuals from detention. Please fill out this form to report potential violations of this consent decree.

Conditions at Broadview

A judge found that the conditions of those being detained at Broadview ICE Facility were inhumane with detainees often not being given meals, water, or sanitary spaces. Detainees were also not given access to an attorney or properly translated documents. If you would like to report the conditions of someone detained at the Broadview ICE Facility, please fill out this form: For or on behalf of detainees | For attorneys

Protesting ICE

A judge ordered federal forces to stop the unnecessary use of projectiles, chemical agents, and other force against protestors and journalists in the Chicago area. Please fill out this form to report potential violations by federal forces against protestors or journalists.

If you feel like your rights have been violated by ICE or federal forces in a way not listed above, please fill out our intake form.
