Cook County State's Attorney Candidate Forum

February 29, 2020 @ 2:00 pm
March 1, 2020 @ 4:45 pm

The position of State’s Attorney has a significant impact on a number of civil liberties’ interests, including: police accountability, reducing jail and prison populations, addressing racial disparities in our criminal legal system, and how Cook County protects and welcomes immigrants and refugees. The ACLU of Illinois is closely following this campaign in Cook County to ensure that voters have all the information they need to make a decision in this important election.

We sent a questionnaire to all the candidates - you can read their answers here.

Doors will open at 2:00 PM for a pre-event reception and the forum will start at 3:00 PM. The Auditorium at Chicago-Kent Law School is located on the first floor of the building.

If you have any questions, please contact Kayla Flanagan at kflanagan@aclu-il.org or 312.201.9740 x303.
