Chef and Next Generation Society Board Member Jason Vincent of Giant Restaurant is leading another all-star chef lineup for a special ACLU Celebrity Chef Benefit Dinner on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM. This 70-person intimate experience will take place at Chef’s Special Cocktail Bar and will start with cocktails, appetizers and mingling, followed by a multi-course meal presented by local celebrity chefs.

Chef Vincent will be joined by Chefs Rick Bayless (Restaurants by Rick Bayless), Diana Dávila (Mi Tocaya Antojería), Katherine Duncan (Katherine Anne Confections), Mike Gaia (Giant Restaurant), Stephen Gillanders (S.K.Y.), Jason Hammel (Lula Cafe), Stephanie Izard (Stephanie Izard Restaurants), Aaron Kabot (Chef’s Special), Ben Lustbader (Loaf Lounge), Mindy Segal (Mindy’s Bakery), Erick Williams (Virtue), and Lee Wolen (Boka Restaurant).
