Director of Communications and Public Policy for the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois Ed Yohnka recently joined WJBC’s Jim Fitzpatrick to discuss legislation moving through the Illinois House requiring state agencies to report annually to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority the number of surveillance cameras they have. They also would be required to post any privacy regulations which are in place.
