Bills We Oppose: Forced DNA Collection Upon Arrest II

HB 3238 would require DNA extraction from all persons arrested for: first degree murder; home invasion; predatory criminal sexual assault of a child; aggravated criminal sexual assault; and criminal sexual assault.
