WGN-TV: Aurora to charge $50 fee for arrests

WGN-TV reports that the Aurora, IL city council approved a plan to begin charging $50 "arrest fee" to anyone who is charged with a crime and is arrested.

The ACLU calls the plan "unconstitutional."
