After months of debate and millions of dollars spent advertising positions, the American people will speak at the polls on November 7th. With the elections concluding, we now can turn our attention to how the Congress will address fundamental issues of constitutional freedom and civil liberties beginning in January 2007. Join us for a special discussion we explore how the new Congress is likely to conduct itself in the new year, with a special focus on Congress role in the system of "checks and balances."
