Join the Peoria ACLU Chapter for a forum on presidential power and civil liberties entitled "Signing It Away: The Issue of Presidential Signing Statements." Speakers include:

Craig R. Curtis, associate professor of political science at Bradley University;

Tom O'Neal, an attorney and member of the Peoria law firm of Westervelt, Johnson, Nicoll, & Keller LLC;

Ed Yohnka, director of communications for the Illinois Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union and spokesman for the organization.

The event is free and open to the public.
