HRC Chicago is sponsoring an event for LGBT families on Saturday October 1st from 1pm to 4pm at the Sonny Acres Family Farm in West Chicago, IL (www.sonnyacres.com).

Sonny Acres has a number of child-friendly attractions including:

Maze (2 tickets)
Pony ride (4 tickets)
Petting zoo (3 tickets)
Amusement rides (3-5 tickets for each ride)
Spook Shed (1 ticket)

We hope you will consider bringing yours sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren and their friends.

All children attending will receive balloons and a small treat from the Sonny Acres store. In addition, HRC is happy to provide the first 50 children registered with:

A hayride
Two dollars toward the purchase of any pumpkin from the Sonny Acres Pumpkin patch (cost of pumpkins range from $2 to $8).
Two tickets towards admission to any of the above mentioned attractions

HRC is happy to subsidize tickets for any children who might not attend because of cost concerns.

In the event of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Sunday, October 9th.
