Join the ACLU on October 15-17 to Stand Up for Freedom and Stop the Abuse of Power

Today ordinary Americans are subjected to illegal surveillance, including wiretapping of phone calls and emails; prisoners are illegally detained in Guantánamo Bay; and recently it has been reported that the National Security Agency is secretly gathering the phone call records of tens of millions of Americans, without a court order.

In addition to these intrusions, the government continues to violate our right to privacy and personal choice through its attacks on reproductive freedom, the right of same-sex couples to marry and matters of religious freedom.

It's time to stand up against the government's flagrant abuses of power.
