Chicago Council on Foreign Relations

“The Rules of the Game: the Interface Between the U.S. Government, International Institutions and the Protection of All of Our Rights.”

Prior to joining the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, Dick Longworth was a senior writer for the Chicago Tribune specializing in international and economic news. He was a foreign correspondent for 20 years and has won the Overseas Press Club Award twice, most recently for the series that was expanded into his book, "Global Squeeze.”
