SB 3186 – Public Act 93-1078
Sponsored by Senator Ronen and Representative McKeon, Senate Bill 3186 amended the Illinois Human Rights Act banning discrimination against lesbians, gay men, bisexual or transgendered persons in housing, employment, public accommodations or credit transactions. The ACLU of Illinois collaborated in this coalition effort with Equality Illinois.
