Women’s health advocates and religious groups invite you to listen to leaders speak out for women’s access to contraception. 99% of sexually active American women have used some form of contraception and the Institute of Medicine says women need to have free access to contraception. We thank President Obama for holding firm to the principle that there should be no barriers for women to get the health care services they need.
Women should have the right to determine what is best for them. Not their employers. Women voices should not be silenced on this issue. Lorie Chaiten, Reproductive Rights Project Director for the ACLU of Illinois, will address the gathering. Join us and speak up, speak out!
Special Guest Speakers:
Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky
Congressman Mike Quigley
