Responding to a six-part series in the Chicago Tribune, ACLU of Illinois Executive Director Colleen Connell argues in a letter printed on December 3rd that the Bush Administration has demonstrated an agenda of �an executive branch bent upon undermining the most basic precepts of our Constitution.� You can read the entire letter here.
