ACLU of Illinois Responds to Governor Blagojevich Proposal to Censor Video Games for Children
The ACLU of Illinois has responded to Governor Rod Blagojevich's announcement that he would seek state legislation barring the sale of some video games to young people under 18 years of age. The Governor captured his arguments in an opinion piece that appeared in the Chicago Sun Times. The ACLU of Illinois submitted the following letter in response to the Governor's letter:
